On July 15th, 2019, following a rollercoaster year of cancellations and postponements in New OrleansThe Rolling Stones finally hit the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for a performance featuring an opening set by local funk favorites, Dumpstaphunk.

Back in May, Dumpstaphunk debuted a pair of songs from their opening set at the Superdome as part of Quarantine Comes Alive, a virtual music festival that raised over $160,000 for an array of charities via the comprehensive PLUS1 COVID-19 Relief Fund.

Today, on the one-year anniversary of the performance, Dumpstaphunk has shared the segment of the show featured on Quarantine Comes Alive, including renditions of “United Nations Stomp” and “Justice”. Check out the video below:

Presented by Live For Live Music in partnership with PLUS1 and Nugs.TV, Quarantine Comes Alive was conceived as a way to celebrate and support musicians, provide fans with unique musical experiences from the comfort of their couches, and raise money for comprehensive COVID-19 relief during this time of uncertainty.
