Eric Clapton To Release New Album ‘Old Sock’ in March

Eric Clapton has announced he’ll release a new album, Old Sock, in March. It will be his first album of new material since 2010′s Clapton. The album will feature two original Clapton tracks, and 10 covers of his favorite songs.

The album will also include guests, including Paul McCartney who will play bass and provide vocals on jazz standard ‘All of Me’, Steve Winwood who will play organ on Gary Moore’s ‘Still Got The Blues’, Chaka Khan who will provide back up vocals on ‘Get On Over’, and JJ Cale who will perform guitar on ‘Angel’.

The album will be supported by an arena tour that including the two day Crossroads Festival at Madison Square Garden.
