GRAMMY Award-winning musician/producer Eric Krasno has released the first two installments of his new podcast, Plus One, which will see him interview a variety of musicians throughout the season.
The first two episodes, which Krasno released today, April 20th, include interviews with Dave Matthews and Khruangbin bassist Laura Lee. Future episodes will include interviews with Marcus King, Chris Robinson, Emily King, John Mayer, Mac Ayres, John Scofield, and Derek Trucks.
“One of my favorite things about being a touring musician is meeting other artists I admire, and the relationships we build through the years,” said Krasno in a press release. “I’ve been able to meet many of my heroes and watched young musicians become legends in their own right. The one constant I’ve found is that they all have a unique and interesting story to tell,” he continued. “Eric Krasno Plus One gives me the opportunity to record some of these conversations and invite you into the room with us.”
Throughout his interviews with Matthews and Lee, Krasno discusses the current coronavirus pandemic, his first interactions with the musicians, the intricacies of their band’s, music in general, and everything in between. New episodes of Eric Krasno Plus One will arrive on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Osiris Media‘s website every Monday.
