Anyone familiar with the work of Insane Clown Posse can’t be to surprised to hear of their recent legal troubles. The 17-page complaint filed by former lawyer/publicist Andrea Pellegrini on Monday (September 16) In Detroit’s Oakland County Circuit Court, details a troubling four year’s of harassment by employers of the rap group’s Psychopathic Records.

In her report she claims to have been harassed regularly by other employees including her boss. Pellegrini even details the time she was approached by an employee “Dirty” Dan Diamond, telling her that he “had a fat cock” and that “he’d like to fuck her”. Along with the lewd comments Pellegrini also recounts the time Dirty Dan brought her a present after he saw that her Facebook status had changed from “in a relationship” to “single”, Pellegrini refused the gift as she knew he was up to no good, but lo and behold she was convinced to open the gift finding a clear dildo along with the embarrasment of the entire situation.

While it is to no surprise that a man by the name of “Dirty Dan” did something dirty, it is still important to note that while working for a place like Psychopath Records may be  morally challenging, it is still a job that has to follow rules just like any other record label. The regular everyday sexually charged comments by fellow employees began to take a tole on Pellegrini, the whole situation reached a boiling point by the 2012 Gathering of the Juggalo’s in which she labeled it “A Living Hell.” For eight days in August Pellegrini was pushed to her limit, after finding out she would be forced to use the public “restrooms” at the festival as a result of an altercation she had with one of the rapper’s alleged girlfriend. While this may not come off to most as an insane punishment, it is to be noted that she was to share the unisex bathroom with the thousands of half-naked, faygo drenched, clown faced crazies that make up the Gathering of the Juggalos.

Pellegrini was reluctant to file a lawsuit confessing that she did not want her career followed by a wrongful termination suit, but in light of recent events she explains the emotional distress is just to much, calling it “extreme and outrageous and exceeds the bounds of human decency. Pellegrini is suing for a substantial amount, her lawyer explained that the experience was something that no decent person should have to go through, “and when I say substantial, I mean substantial.” It will be interesting to see how the trial pans out, but one thing is for sure its going to be really difficult to deny sexual harrasment allegations while producing songs like “I stuck her with my wang” or the more recent “Swallow this nut.”425196_496556087082758_1744403516_n
