Former Pearl Jam drummer Dave Abbruzzese is wanted for multiple drug charges and has two warrants out for his arrest in Texas: Possession of a controlled substance and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. There is a $1,000 reward being offered for any information leading to his arrest.

The first charge is a Class A misdemeanor, with a penalty of up to a $4,000 fine or up to a year in county jail. The latter, however, is a first degree felony in Texas with a penalty of five years to life.

Abbruzzese played with Pearl Jam from 1991-1994 and appeared on the iconic albums Vs. and Vitalogy. He was fired before the release of Vitalogy due to personality differences with the band.
