Gary Clark Jr. was the featured musical guest on Wednesday night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where the popular blues guitarist delivered an at-home performance of “Low Down Rolling Stone”. The song originally appeared on the Clark’s latest studio album, 2019’s This Land.

For his virtual appearance on Wednesday’s episode, Clark—whom Fallon first accidentally introduces as “Glary”—is seen sporting one of his trademark hats while playing a 12-string acoustic guitar. The notes from Clark’s acoustic instrument bust with extra vibrancy thanks to the six added strings which give the blues musician a little more power to work with during his solo performance. The pre-filmed footage also features some noteworthy video editing to offer viewers with a few different angles to watch from as Clark plays away on his acoustic ax.
