Genesis have announced the digital Genesis Film Festival, which will air free archival shows every Saturday.

The series, airing on the band’s YouTube channel Saturdays at 3 p.m. ET, joins a bevy of other weekly webcasts from classic rock bands, including Pink Floyd. The series kicks off today (4/18) with a broadcast of Three Sides Live. This concert film captured the band’s November 28th and 29th, 1981 performances at New York’s Savoy Theatre and Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum. The film finds Genesis on their tour in support of Abacab, just prior to taking an eight-month break from the road.

Genesis has also announced the schedule for the next several weeks of the Genesis Film Festival. Next Saturday (4/25) will feature 1984’s The Mama Tour, followed by 1987’s Live At Wembley Stadium the next week (5/2), 1992’s The Way We Walk after that (5/9), and finally 2007’s When In Rome on May 16th.

Additionally, the band is still set to hit the road on a European reunion tour this fall. Starting on November 10th, surviving members Phil Collins, Tony Banks, and Mike Rutherford will embark on a 10-date The Last Domino? tour of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Given the ever-evolving state of the music industry due to COVID-19, however, those plans are subject to change. Visit Genesis’ website for up-to-date information.

Tune in to Three Sides Live now.
