World-renowned funk-fusion outfit Ghost-Note was in Port Chester, NY on Tuesday where they delivered a 90-minute headlining performance at Garcia’s—the intimate side venue connected to the historic The Capitol Theatre.

Ghost-Note’s performance at Garcia’s last night marked one of the highlight stops on the band’s ongoing 2019 tour behind their 2018 studio album, Swagism.

On December 30th at New York’s Sony Hall, Ghost-Note will team up with a slew of talented guests for Ghost-Note & Friends Play Prince, a very special late-night tribute to the late, great Purple One. Between bassist MonoNeon, saxophonist Sylvester Onyejiaka, and keyboardist Dominique Xavier Taplin—all former Prince collaborators—the Artist’s pedigree is always well-represented with Ghost-Note.

Joining Ghost-Note as the “Friends” portion of the bill will be Trey Anastasio Band trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band), D’Angelo and The Vanguard singers Rojo “REDD” Lavoe and Ahrel Lumzy, and Cory Henry/Childish Gambino vocal collaborator STOUT. This insanely gifted outfit will dive headfirst into the beloved Prince catalog to help NYC party like it’s (almost) 2020. Grab your tickets here and RSVP to the Facebook Event Group for updates and more info.
