Goose has revealed a lengthy list of spring 2023 tour dates. The 14-city, 20-show trek will take the Connecticut-based five-piece to a number of notable venues both new and old over the course of five weeks including Boston’s Roadrunner, Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, Philadelphia’s The Met Philly, Chicago’s The Salt Shed, San Francisco’s The Warfield, and more.

The 2023 Goose spring tour will begin on March 23rd at Boston, MA’s Roadrunner and continue from there to Philadelphia, PA’s The Met Philly (3/24, 3/25), Cleveland, OH’s Agora (3/26), Nashville, TN’s Ryman Auditorium (3/31, 4/1), and Birmingham, AL’s Avondale Brewing Co. (4/2).

Following a week off, Rick Mitarotonda (vocals, guitar), Peter Anspach (vocals, keys, guitar), Trevor Weekz (bass), Ben Atkind (drums), and Jeff Arevalo (vocals, percussion, drums) will resume its 2023 spring trek at Madison, WI’s The Sylvee (4/13) before heading to Chicago, IL’s The Salt Shed for a two-night stand (4/14, 4/15). The tour will continue from there with stops at St. Paul, MN’s Palace Theatre (4/16), Bozeman, MT’s The Elm (4/18, 4/19), Boise, ID’s Knitting Factory (4/21), Seattle, WA’s The Paramount Theatre (4/22, 4/23), Eugene, OR’s The McDonald Theatre (4/25), San Francisco, CA’s The Warfield (4/27, 4/28), and San Diego, CA’s Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre (4/29).

Initial Goose 2023 spring tour tickets will be distributed through a lottery with a request period running from Tuesday, December 6th at 12:00 p.m. ET to Wednesday, December 7th at 5:00 p.m. ET. Winners will be notified via email ahead of a venue pre-sale period on Thursday, December 8th from 10:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. local venue time. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 9th at 10:00 a.m. local venue time. VIP ticket packages and discounted hotel rooms will also be available. In support of building a safer and more supportive music industry through access to quality mental health care providers, Goose will donate $1 from each Spring Tour 2023 ticket to Backline, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that connects music industry professionals and their families with mental health and wellness resources.

Ahead of the newly announced 2023 spring tour, Goose will settle in at Port Chester, NY’s storied The Capitol Theatre for a sold-out, five-night run (March 8th–12th, 2023). In addition, Goose will also be among the headlining acts at an array of upcoming 2023 festivals and events, including Dead & Company’s annual Playing In The Sand concert vacation in Riviera Cancun, MX (January 14th–17th, 2023), Okeechobee, FL’s Okeechobee Music x Arts Festival (March 2nd–5th, 2023), Rothbury, MI’s Electric Forest (June 22nd–25th 2023), Garrettsville, OH’s Resonance Music and Arts Festival (June 29th–July 1st, 2023), and Floyd, VA’s FloydFest (July 26th–30th, 2023).

In other Goose news, the band is scheduled to make its debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, December 7th. This latest national TV spot follows the band’s recent late-night TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
