After being forced to postpone this year’s event, Resonance Music & Arts Festival has named Goose as the first headliner for Resonance 2023.

Goose was originally booked to play four sets over two nights at Resonance 2022 in Charleston, SC, but event organizers Essential Productions were forced to postpone the event just weeks before it was scheduled to take place after Dorchester County suspended all music events at the Woodlands Nature Reserve. They searched for an alternative option for the September 2022 event, but the turn-around time was too short to bring the festival to fruition in a new location.

The festival subsequently announced plans for 2023, which is set to take place at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park in Garrettsville, OH on June 29th–July 1st, 2023. Billed as Resonance’s Last Dance, it will be the final year of the festival.

Goose is the first artist announced for the Resonance 2023 lineup, with the remaining lineup “coming soon.” The Connecticut-based jam quintet is once again scheduled to play four sets over two nights. Fans can also expect three nights of Resonance mainstays Papadosio.

The festival warned in a post on social media that capacity at the venue is limited to 5,000, so the event is likely to sell out quickly.
