CT-based quartet Goose has been rapidly rising in the jam world of late, selling out increasingly larger shows around the country. On Tuesday, the band announced an extensive string of concert dates that will kick off their 2020 touring schedule. The 25-date tour includes thirteen west coast dates supporting fellow “bird band,” Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. The run with PPPP marks Goose’s first “migration” west in the band’s five-year history.

Immediately following Goose’s west coast run with Pigeons, the band will set sail on the Rock Legends Cruise, a five-day nautical music festival headlined by Roger Daltrey (The Who), Paul Rogers (Bad Company, Queen), Roger Hodgson (Supertramp), and Robby Krieger (The Doors). The floating fest will also feature Jonny LangAtlanta Rhythm SectionLarkin PoeBrandon “Taz” Niederauer, and more.

Following a brief break, Goose tour will resume with the band’s previously announced show at The Caverns in Pelham, TN on March 27th, which will be taped for the upcoming tenth season of PBS‘s Bluegrass Underground. The Bluegrass Underground spot will mark Goose’s first TV appearance.
