Goose will carry on their annual Goosemas tradition with the Goosemas Livestream From Rockefeller Center on December 11th. The seventh-annual holiday celebration from the ever-rising Connecticut outfit will feature a fan-less live performance from the iconic Manhattan location streamed live on Twitch.

In addition to carrying on the tradition, the Goosemas Livestream From Rockefeller Center will also serve as a fundraiser. Donations raised throughout the stream will go to benefit the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA)’s Save Our Stages efforts, as well as Conscious Alliance. For every $1 donated during Goosemas, two meals will go to someone going without food this holiday season as Conscious Alliance hits the road to deliver 200,000 meals to kids and families in need.

Airing exclusively on the Relix Twitch channel, this seventh-annual Goosemas will look markedly different in years past, but will still carry on the same fun-loving tradition of togetherness.

“Goosemas 4 was my first gig playing with Goose so the annual show has a big place in my heart. I’m bummed we can’t be with our family and friends in person for this one, but the location is going to make it that much more exciting to stream,” multi-instrumentalist Peter Anspach said in a statement. “I’m beyond stoked we were able to pull that together in such a chaotic year. Big shout out to our whole team for always crushing it, Peter Shapiro, and thanks to Rockefeller Center for hosting what will be a very special night.”

In keeping with Goose’s penchant for pushing the innovation envelope, the Goosemas Livestream From Rockefeller Center will be the first livestream of its kind from the familiar home of the United States’ most famous Christmas tree as the band performs from a rooftop attached to Rockefeller Center approximately seven stories high.

“Goose has amazing momentum right now and we are so excited to be working with them on this incredibly special performance at Rockefeller Center– one of the most iconic locations in the world,” Relix Magazine publisher Peter Shapiro said in a press release. “There isn’t a more epic way to ring in the holidays than with a rock show in the sky.”

Donations are now open through the Goosemas website, and those who make donations will receive early access to the exclusive Goosemas Merch Store beginning on December 9th at 10 am ET, with the online store opening to the public at 1 pm ET the same day. Tune in to the Goosemas Livestream From Rockefeller Center on December 11th at 7 pm ET exclusively on the Relix Twitch channel.
