Gov’t Mule on Thursday announced the return of the band’s destination festival with Island Exodus 12. The tropical getaway is set to take place January 16th–20th, 2022 at Jewel Paradise Cove Resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, and feature performances by Warren Haynes, Dawes (3 sets), The War And Treaty (3 sets, including Bonfire set), and special guest Ron Holloway, in addition to three full two-set shows by Mule.

Several special sets are planned for the event, including Warren Haynes’ interactive “Q and Play” set, which combines musical performance and storytelling. Ron Holloway will also present an extended afternoon “Sax On The Beach” show, in addition to sitting in for a special Legion of Melvin (Melvin Seals & JGB) performance for those who arrive early for Island Exodus Eve on January 15th.

Pre-Sale for Island Exodus 11 attendees begins May 25th and all other Island Exodus attendees on May 26th at 10 a.m. ET. General on-sale begins May 27th at 10 a.m. ET. Packages will include four nights at the all-inclusive Jewel Paradise Cove or Bahia Principe Luxury Resort, a nightly after-show bonfire with additional musical surprises, a lenticular (3D) poster signed by the members of Gov’t Mule, and additional activities to be announced shortly. In addition to Jewel Paradise Cove, guests will now be able to stay at a secondary resort, Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay. The new resort is only a five-minute drive from Paradise Cove, with both accommodations offering transportation to and from the airport in Montego Bay, all-inclusive food and drink packages, and a shuttle to and from the concert events.
