Green River Festival has revealed the initial artist lineup for its 36th annual event, set to take place at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, MA on June 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2023. The 2023 Green River Festival program will be topped by performances from Little Feat, The Wood Brothers, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Sierra Ferrell, Sammy Rae & The Friends, and Cory Wong.

Other artists set to perform include Rubblebucket, The Felice Brothers, Thee Sacred Souls, Jon Cleary & The Absolute Monster Gentlemen, Eilen Jewell, The Heavy Heavy, Donna The Buffalo, Sarah Shook & the Disarmers, Alisa Amador, The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow, GA-20, Cachitas Now!, Miko Marks, AJ Lee & Blue Summit, and Glen David Andrews Band. Green River Festival also noted in its announcement that additional artists are due to be added to the lineup as the event approaches.

Once called one of “fifty essential summer music festivals” by The New York Times, the long-running gathering is Western Massachusetts’ signature summer event. The festival features more than 30 acts performing across four stages in addition to a selection of local food, beer, and wine, handmade juried crafts at The Makers Market, a wide array of kid’s activities, and camping.
