Jamgrass heavyweights Greensky Bluegrass have announced their return to Kalamazoo State Theatre for their hometown Thanksgiving tradition on November 23rd and 24th with support from the amazing Lindsay Loubelly & The Flatbellys for both shows. Fan club tickets are on sale now here, with a general on-sale opening up on Friday, August 17th.
In addition to the traditional Thanksgiving run, Greensky Bluegrass also has a two-leg, nationwide fall tour on the books that will see them share the stage with Turkuaz, The California Honeydrops, The Lil Smokies, and Ghost Light. Spanning cities coast to coast, the band starts the tour with two shows in New Jersey at the Outlaw Music Festival sharing a bill with Willie Nelson, Van Morrison, Tedeschi Trucks Band and others on September 15th and 16th before returning to Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater for two nights September 22nd through 23rd. Following the mile high performances, the first leg of Greensky Bluegrass’s tour winds through the Midwest and culminates in the Northeast on October 7th. A pair of two-night stands in the Pacific Northwest kicks off on Halloween in Portland then onto Seattle before weaving through California and the Southwest before wrapping with a trio of dates in Texas.
