Greensky Bluegrass and Holly Bowling will join forces for a two night run in New York City, where they will play at The Rooftop At Pier 17 on June 26th and 27th.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, vocalist/mandolinist Paul Hoffman said,

pier 17 was such a blast last summer. so we thought we would up the stakes and play two nights this summer and to make the prize more spectacular, we invited holly bowling to come play with us! we’ve had some inspiring jams with holly already this year. two nights in nyc with keys will elevate the six piece greensky beyond the ceiling.

Fans will remember Bowling joining in with the bluegrass quintet several times over the winter when her band Ghost Light joined Greensky on tour. During a show at Denver, CO’s Mission Ballroom on December 7th, Bowling sat-in on the second half of set two. She then sat in when the tour made its way to Burlington, VT’s Flynn Center For The Performing Arts on January 28th, and yet again with her fellow bandleader, Tom Hamilton, at Washington, D.C.’s The Anthem on February 1st. Pre-sale tickets for the two shows are available now and the general on-sale begins Friday, March 13th, at 10:00 a.m. Both single and two-day passes are available. Click here for tickets and more information.
