Get yer Harlem Shake on – there’s more trap music coming to New York City. Manhattan’s first trap party, Grimey, is back again at Gramercy Theater, bringing the Certified Trap Tour, featuring DJ Sliink, Loudpvck, Dirty South Joe, FKI, and DJ Swizzy Mac. The tour claims to be the first branded trap music tour in the United States, pioneering the movement on this ever growing genre of music. Saturday, March 2nd will once again see trap music take over the Gramercy Theater, with what will most definitely be their biggest show yet.

Each one of the artists on the bill bring a little something extra to the table, and while you may not  know them all just yet, you’ve probably heard some of their music. DJ Sliink came to prominence last year with ‘Test Me’, a collaboration with Flosstradamus that helped get him noticed by Fader, who put him on their artists to watch list for 2013. Dirty South Joe is a Philadelphia based DJ whose mad a name for himself as a taste maker with an association with Mad Decent. His early trap mix tapes set a blueprint for what the genre would become. FKi has spent the past few years producing hits for artists like Ludacris, Tyga, and Travis Porter, they also recently produced Iggy Azealia’s TRAPGOLD mixtape with Diplo.
