A new community launch in Eden, Utah this year, combining live music with professional snowmobile hill-climb racing. Triple Crown Sports and Rocky Mountain States Hillclimb Association (RMSHA) have announced HillFest, a three-day sports and live music event set to take place on April 22nd–24th at Powder Mountain Ski Resort.

The two-day HillFest is set to feature performances by Portland folk-rockers Fruition and southern blues-rockers North Mississippi Allstars on Saturday, April 23rd. Then, on Sunday, April 24th, Andy Frasco & The U.N. will bring their wild, party-starting antics to Powder Mountain alongside the punk-reggae stylings of Bumpin Uglies.

In addition to marking the RMSHA Snowmobile Hillclimb National Points Championships with festival-scale live music and production, HillFest will also offer beer gardens, a plethora of food vendors, exhibits, a licensed and supervised kids zone with activities, snowmobile testing, lodging options, and more.

HillFest will also host an official kickoff party in nearby Ogden, UT on April 22nd, as well as a Saturday night post-party on the 23rd. Organizers will announce the lineup for these shows on February 16th.

“HillFest is going to be so much fun. The world’s best hill climb racer, Keith Curtis, will light up the race and the North Mississippi Allstars music will make you groove,” said Triple Crown President Keri King in a press release. “Enjoy a beer and eat some food. Bring your family, too – the kids zone is staffed by the amazing High Altitude Kids Camp.”

Tickets for HillFest are on sale now, along with discounted lodging options in downtown Ogden and Powder Mountain. Parking is limited at Powder Mountain but general admission and VIP parking options will be available. The event will also offer free shuttle bus service to and from Ogden as well as Eden’s Snowcrest Jr. High School. Visit the HillFest website for tickets and additional information on lodging, transportation, and more.
