Amy’s Farm (or Larrabee Farm), the location of Phish’s first festival in 1991, is on the market. The 42.8 acre property in Auburn, ME was the site of Phish’s 1991 summer tour closer, a landmark show that laid the groundwork for many future festivals over the years.

On August 3rd, 1991, Phish played three sets at The Farm, bringing a congregation of fans that was, at the time, unprecedented for the band. Phish was at a pivotal turning point from bar band to venue band, and in 1991, the show marked a turning point for the group. They had made a name for themselves, and this was definitive proof. Things would only get bigger from here on out.

Now you can own a slice of Phish history, as the Farm is currently for sale. Read more about the milestone event through this 20th anniversary retrospective on Phish.net.
