After completing a collab-filled co-headlining run last month, Gov’t Mule and Tedeschi Trucks Band will team up one more time this Saturday, October 11th at Atrium Health Amphitheater in Macon, GA—and fans can stream every note live and on demand via nugs.
Former Allman Brothers Band bandmates Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes will once again share the stage, carrying on the ABB legacy alongside fellow Allman family member Duane Betts and his band Palmetto Motel, who will open the show.
Macon holds a special place in Allman Brothers Band lore. Within weeks of forming the group in Jacksonville, FL in 1969, the band members and their families migrated to Macon and lived together at a house affectionately known as The Big House, where many of their iconic songs were written. Today, that home stands as The Allman Brothers Band Museum, preserving the legacy of the group that helped define Southern rock and put Macon on the musical map.
Only GA lawn and select resale tickets are available for Saturday’s show, but fans can catch the historic blues-rock summit from the comfort of home with a nugs All Access subscription.
