Music fans woke up on Tuesday morning to the shocking and somber news that Neal Casal, guitarist for bands including The Chris Robinson Brotherhood and Circles Around The Sun, had died at age 50 on Monday.

While fans around the country have posted their thoughts and condolences on social media in tribute to the late musician, many of Casal’s friends and colleagues also shared their heart-warming messages of both sadness and love. Some of them had even shared the stage with Neal just this past weekend during Virginia’s LOCKN‘ Festival.
