A new three-day music festival named Woodlands Festival is set to take place within the Charleston Woodlands outside of North Charleston, SC this fall, and will feature performances from Umphrey’s McGee, BIG Something, and more.

Announced on Thursday, the inaugural Woodlands Festival is set for November 7th–9th, 2019. The event’s lineup was curated by members of Umphrey’s, who have recruited BIG Something, CBDB, Manic Focus, Spafford, Empire Strikes Bass, Heather Gillis Band, SunSquabi, Runaway Gin, The Movement, The New Deal, Voodoo Visionary, and Zach Deputy to all perform at the first-year event. Umphrey’s will perform on both the second and third nights of the festival (four sets total). The event will get started with a pre-party on November 7th featuring Turkuaz, Omega Moos, and Mike Quinn Presents The Fake News: A Tribute to Huey Lewis.

A statement shared highlighting the event’s place within the pristine natural surroundings of the South Carolina wilderness reads, “Charleston Woodlands is excited to provide unrivaled access to outdoor events and recreation. Featuring 11 freshwater lakes, a wetland swamp, and an abundance of natural beauty, this 6,000 acre private nature reserve offers a variety of venues for public & private events, retreats, special gatherings and camping. The goal of Charleston Woodlands is to both provide the public a unique experience in nature while protecting and enhancing wildlife habitat.”

Two-day GA passes run of a manageable $89-$109, while VIP packages run of a slightly costlier price of $229-$269. Tent and RV camping is also available for attendees who want to take in all that the Charleston Woodlands has to offer.
