Inclusion Festival, the country’s first festival specifically designed to accommodate disabled people, will return for its fourth installment July 14th–16th, 2023. Set for Kempton Fairgrounds in Kempton, PA, the multi-disciplinary festival will present sets by a wide range of nationally touring artists alongside regional disabled musicians.

Topping the lineup for Inclusion Festival 2023 are Pennsylvania jamtronic trio Flux Capacitor, joined by country-rock fusion Gooch & The Motion, a complete performance of Fleetwood Mac‘s Rumors by Miss Cantelope, captivating songstress Liz Bills & The Change, and more. The festival will also present a special Inclusion Family Jam, comprised of musicians from throughout the festival of all degrees of accessibility.

Supported by Rex Foundation and Mimi Fishman Foundation, Inclusion Festival uses the universal language of music and recreation to normalize disability and strengthen the community among diverse populations. Organizers will present sensory-friendly live music performances along with a host of other activities like educational and recreational workshops, collaborative art, a community resource fair, flow arts, a parade, and more all showcased in an environment accessible to all.

All donations received from the event will benefit Accessible Festivals, a non-profit dedicated to making communal gatherings available to people of all abilities. The organization uses music and recreation to foster relationships between people of various accessibility needs in order to create stronger communities for people of differing abilities and identities.

Tickets for Inclusion Festival are on sale now. Those unable to attend can still donate to the festival’s “Ticket Gift” program, which will allow others to participate in the festival at no cost. See below for the full 2023 lineup.
