Jack White has released “Fear Of The Dawn”, the blast of cathartic, rock n’ roll release that will serve as the title track on his first of two 2022 albums, due to arrive in full on April 8th.

“Fear Of The Dawn” is the b-side to the recently-released “Love Is Selfish“, which appears on White’s second album of the year, Entering Heaven Alive. The “Love Is Selfish” b/w “Fear Of The Dawn” limited edition tri-color 7″ vinyl will be available exclusively at Third Man Records Nashville and Cass Corridor Detroit this Saturday, February 12th, as well as at Third Man London on Saturday, February 19th.

At just over two minutes in length, “Fear Of The Dawn” careens through the darkness with abandon over the fearsome rhythm section of Dominic John Davis (bass) and Daru Jones (drums). White’s unmistakeable howl and off-kilter guitar fills meet their match with Quincy McCrary‘s theremin outbursts, arriving like hairpin turns on a high-speed chase and sending adrenaline levels soaring in the process.

The new track arrives alongside a new video directed by Jack White. In it, under film grain, liquid lights, and black-, white-, and blue-hues, the band powers its way through the number, faces obscured by ominous white masks.
