Jack White has announced he will release a concert film/live EP, Jack White: Kneeling At The Anthem D.C., due out Friday, September 21st, exclusively via Amazon.
The film, directed by Emmett Malloy, documents Jack White’s May 30th performance at The Anthem in Washington, D.C., in addition to featuring footage from a surprise performance Jack White gave at Washington D.C.’s Woodrow Wilson High School between gigs at The Anthem. Malloy is no stranger to White, having worked with him in the past on The White Stripes‘ 2009 documentary, Under The Great White Northern Lights.
In addition, a six-song Amazon Music will release a live EP with highlights from White’s Washington, D.C. performance will also be released on September 21st as part of their new Amazon Original push. Check out the track listing below and listen to “Connected By Love”.
There will be a special theatrical premiere screening at Los Angeles’ Ace Hotel on Tuesday, September 18th. More information on the special screening is available here.

Jack White – “Connected By Love”
Jack White has a busy fall ahead of him, opening a brief U.S. tour in Shreveport, LA, with additional shows on September 17th at Tulsa, Oklahoma’s OneOK Field; September 18th at Lubbock, Texas’ Lonestar Amphitheater; and September 19th at El Paso, Texas’ El Paso County Coliseum. As for the rest of Jack White’s tour, the rock star will round out his September with festival appearances at Las Vegas’ iHeartRadio Music Festival and Franklin, Tennessee’s Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival. The rest of 2018 will see White touring Europe, with dates in Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
