Jason Crosby recently teamed up with members of ALO to perform A Charlie Brown Christmas, the entirety of which is available now on Nugs. Dubbed “A Little Cheer To End The Year”, the performance, which safely took place at Crosby’s Sonoma County home, features the multi-instrumentalist alongside Dan Lebowitz, Steve Adams, and Ezra Lipp of Animal Liberation Orchestra.

The concert, which debuted on Sunday and is available for replay through Christmas day, is also a benefit for Backline, the non-profit organization that connects music industry professionals with mental health services. As the global pandemic stripped away the livelihoods from hundreds of thousands of workers in the industry—from musicians to promoters to stagehands—the services Backline provides have become all the more essential.

“I am thrilled to release this performance of one of my favorite records of all time, with some of my favorite Bay Area musicians while celebrating and supporting the great work being done by my friends at Backline,” Crosby said in a press release.
