Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit have shared their latest single set to appear on the country-rock outfit’s forthcoming studio albumReunions, due out this spring on May 15th via Southeastern Records/Thirty Tigers.

Entitled, “What’ve I Done To Help”, the lengthy recording hears the guitarist/singer submerge into a self-reflective state as he consistently repeats the song’s title line throughout its nearly-seven-minute runtime. The song carries a rush of energy from start to finish as Isbell belts out the lyrics, “Thought I was alone in the world, until my memories gathered round me in the night/Thought I was strong until I finally had to fight” and “What’ve I done to help/What’ve I done to help but not myself.”
