Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has shared the full-show audio from their September 12th, 2019 performance at Dallas, TX’s House Of Blues as part of the band’s “Taper Thursdays” audio series.
The performance on 9/12/19 opened a three-night run across Texas and featured the live debut of “Might As Well” to open the show along with teases of Led Zeppelin, The Allman Brothers Band, and more.
In addition to the live debut of “Might As Well”, the show that night featured lengthy first set performances of “Playing in the Band”, “Althea”, “The Greatest Story Ever Told”, and “Row Jimmy”. The second half of the show also heard the band tear through covers of “The Eleven”, “Franklin’s Tower”, “Truckin'” “U.S. Blues”, and finally “New Minglewood Blues” to close the performance.
