Tonight, Thursday, August 16th, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will return to Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, marking the second time the band has headlined the scenic outdoor venue. Historically, as headliners, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has had a difficult time navigating the frequently tumultuous weather at Red Rocks.

In 2017, the band was scheduled to make their debut at the venue in April, though was forced to move the performance indoors to the nearby 1st Bank Center. While the 1st Bank Center show was one for the ages—and also marked JRAD’s first arena performance—later in the summer, the Grateful Dead-inspired band returned to Red Rocks yet again, performing a stellar show ahead of Phish‘s annual run at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, though bassist Dave Dreiwitz was on tour with Ween, forcing Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge to rise to the occasion and sub in with the group.

However, it seems that the stars have finally aligned, and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead is scheduled to perform with the entirety of their lineup (and with good weather to boot) at Red Rocks this evening. For fans unable to make it out for the highly anticipated performance, today, the band has announced that they’ll be webcasting the show via nugs.tv. The show begins at 9:30 p.m. (ET) tonight, with SD and HD formats available. Tune in!
