Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe have added eight additional shows to their upcoming spring tour schedule, including four more “Eat A Bunch Of Peaches” dates—the band’s highly regarded celebration of the Allman Brothers Band and their 1972 Eat A Peach album—throughout the Southeast in mid-April. Known for his genre-spanning excellence in tributes, the Rolling Stones saxophonist and his nineteen-year-old band will perform the music of the Allman Brothers Band in Atlanta, Memphis, Asheville, and Charlotte, in addition to the previously scheduled dates.

Each of these performances will include Galactic drummer Stanton Moore joining KDTU drummer Zak Najor behind the kit on double drums, to complete the double drummer lineup original to the Allman Brothers Band. Stanton will also join KDTU for three previously announced “Eat A Bunch of Peaches” shows at Wanee Music Festival in Live Oak, FL, 420 on the Block in Denver, CO, and at The Joy Theater in New Orleans on May 5. Additionally, the “Eat A Bunch of Peaches” performances will feature acclaimed keyboardist Kenneth Crouch who has worked with such artists as Lenny Kravitz, Eric Clapton, and Lauryn Hill.

In addition, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe has also added three Texas shows and another evening performance during New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in late April. For more information, head to Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe website.
