One of the highlight performances from the final day of the Borderland Music + Arts Festival at Knox Farm in East Aurora, NY on Sunday was that of an all-star “Grateful Grass” set from Keller Williams, which on this day featured a backing band of Oteil Burbridge and The Infamous Stringdusters.
The three parties delivered a fun mix of tunes out of the Grateful Dead songbook starting with “Feel Like A Stranger” and “Mr. Charlie”. The set kept rocking with fan-favorite “Shakedown Street” before continuing with “Eyes of the World” and the group’s take on “Samson and Delilah”. The supergroup then delivered a mash-up performance of “Cumberland Blues” and “They Love Each Other”, which was dubbed “They Cumberlove Each Other”. The set came to a close with “Scarlet Begonias”.
Watch the band’s set-closing performance of “Scarlet Begonias” below.
