Kikagaku Moyo Adds West Coast, Southwestern Dates To Final 2022 Tour

Last week, Kikagaku Moyo announced that it will take an indefinite hiatus following a final tour in 2022. On Wednesday, the Japanese psych-rock band added a new string of West Coast and Southwestern dates to the tour. The jaunt will carry the band through early October. Kikagaku Moyo also added a second show in Brooklyn, this one at Brooklyn Steel, set for October 6th. It will mark the band’s final North American concert.

The new string of North American tour dates follows the initial run in May, after which point the band will jet over to Europe for June. Kikagaku Moyo will then return to the United States on September 14th for a show in Boulder, CO, followed by a concert in Denver the next night. The band will then head south for gigs in Dallas, TX (9/16); Austin, TX (9/17); Phoenix, AZ (9/20); Solana Beach, CA (9/21); Los Angeles, CA (9/22); Santa Ana, CA (9/23).

Kikagaku Moyo will then hit the Pacific Northwest for dates in Portland, OR (9/28); Seattle, WA (9/29); and finally cross the border into Vancouver, BC (9/30). Following a week-long break, the band will reappear at Brooklyn Steel on October 6th to bid farewell to North American audiences.
