KIMOCK, the rock outfit led by veteran guitarist Steve Kimock, has shared a beautiful new recording of an instrumental track titled, “While We Wait”.

The 4:44-minute piece hears Kimock playing away on lap steel, guitar, and even piano. He’s joined on the recording by John Morgan Kimock on drums, kalimba, piano, and synthesizers, and Spencer Murphy on bass.

The recording gives off an abundance of relaxing, atmospheric energy thanks to the dreamy tones oozing out of Kimock’s lap steel and synths. The song’s overall makeup allows the listener the instantly feel overcome with blissful energy as if they just stepped into some tropical oasis. From start to finish, the music features a well-orchestrated mix of lush lofi which are heightened by the added touch of Kimock’s shining guitar lines.
