Kitchen Dwellers revisited their guest-filled New Year’s Eve run on Tuesday with a live clip of “Visions of Mohr” featuring Daniel Donato. The video comes from the band’s hometown show at The Elm in Bozeman, MT on December 30th, 2021.

“Well, we all know that travel can be a little tough around the holidays,” banjo picker and vocalist Torrin Daniels tells the crowd in between songs. “So sometimes you end up places before you should, and sometimes you end up places after you should.” Luckily for the Bozeman crowd, Daniel Donato was a day early, arriving ahead of his opening set on New Year’s Eve.

The Cosmic Country guitarist adds some electric flair to the Visions of Mohr track, taking the place of Mihali Savoulidis (Twiddle) who played a six-string on the studio version from 2017. The band gives Donato the space to shine before Joe Funk‘s space bass launches the group into weightlessness and Torrin’s banjo explores the outer reaches of the cosmos.

This video serves as a preview of things to come when Kitchen Dwellers and Daniel Donato team up for the Galaxy Grass x Cosmic Country joint tour, kicking off on October 5th in St. Louis, MO. The 22-date run of shows will see the bands team up for performances throughout the East Coast and Midwest, including a Halloween show at Woodlands Tavern in Columbus, OH.
