Hollingsworth released his latest solo album back in early March which was appropriately titled, 2020. Hollingsworth’s fifth overall solo album since 2004 features four new original songs, in addition to a cover of “Step” by Vampire Weekend.

The Kyle Hollingsworth Band had planned to team up with Umphrey’s McGee pianist Joel Cummins and The Jauntee for a run of shows in Colorado in April, but those performances were scrubbed with the cancellation of all live events with the arrival of COVID-19 in March.
