Led Zeppelin is officially stepping into the contemporary fashion arena. The classic rock titans took to their social media pages on Wednesday to announce an upcoming line of Vans sneakers and clothing apparel as the latest monetization strategy behind the band’s ongoing 50th anniversary.

A statement shared to the Vans website elaborates on the images which Zeppelin shared on Wednesday, stating,

On the heels of Led Zeppelin’s historic golden anniversary, Vans partners with rock and roll legends, Led Zeppelin to celebrate their debut, self-titled album, Led Zeppelin. The four-piece capsule of limited-edition footwear and apparel will be available Friday, February 22 at select Vans retail stores, wholesale partners, Vans.com.

The two new sneaker designs feature the Zeppelin logos plastered across black Vans shoe models known as “Sk8-Hi” (high-top) and “The Era” (low-top). The new partnership also includes a Zeppelin-branded long-sleeve t-shirt and snapback baseball cap. Both the hat and shirt include copy reading, “Led Zeppelin” and the lifestyle clothing brand’s “Off The Wall” slogan, in addition to an image of the well-known artwork from the band’s self-titled debut album initially released in January 1969. Both the Era and Sk8-Hi shoes will each be sold inside a special Vans x Led Zeppelin custom shoebox.

Led Zeppelin continues to remain atop most classic rock lists of artists whom fans’ would love to see reunite, but as the three surviving members of arguably the most successful rock band in history continue to age into their 70s, the likelihood of another reunion concert seems less and less plausible. Until then, fans in New York City can catch former Zeppelin singer Robert Plant when he performs at the “Love Rocks NYC” benefit concert at The Beacon Theatre next month.
