Leftover Salmon, The Infamous Stringdusters, and Horseshoes & Hand Grenades have all been tapped to perform at Driftless Music Gardens‘ Memorial Day Drive-In Tailgate shows scheduled for the weekend of May 29th–30th, 2021.

Announced on Monday, the 2021 Memorial Day weekend event to take place in Yuba, WI will treat attendees to headlining performances from Leftover Salmon (5/28), Horseshoes & Hand Grenades (5/29), and The Infamous Stringdusters (5/30) beginning at 7 p.m. each night.

Attendees will have to abide by the event’s “Strict Covid-safe Guidelines,” according to the announcement, which include mandatory face masks and social distancing. There will be limited primitive camping available for those arriving in cars or RVs (up to four people per vehicle) and attendees will be allowed to bring small gas grills for the tailgate concert format. Each vehicle will have a 15-20 foot personal tailgating area for fans to enjoy without feeling cramped in.

Event promoter Driftless Music Gardens says in a press statement, “We all need something to look forward to. Life is strange. As artists, we’ve had no choice but to roll with the changes brought on by COVID-19. Driftless Music Gardens is adapting to the new normal by getting bands and music fans together in a more intimate setting. Our first announcement for 2021 is a full weekend of bluegrass.”
