The LOCKN’ announcements just keep rolling in: Earlier today, the Arrington, VA-based festival revealed that George Clinton & P-Funk will perform on their Main Stage on Friday, August 24th, and now they’ve added funk favorites and LOCKN’ veterans Lettuce to the bill.

Lettuce will bring two sets of their funky madness to the Main Stage on Thursday, August 23rd when they deliver alternating sets with night one headliners Umphrey’s McGee (Lettuce > UM > Lettuce > UM) to help get the weekend moving. The group will then reconvene Saturday, August 25rd for a very special tribute to the Jerry Garcia Band on the Relix Stage, billed as “Don’t Lett Go: Tribute To JGB.”

As previously reported, LOCKN’ will be making new lineup additions every day until the complete bill is released on February 8th. Other confirmed acts include Dead & Company (four sets over two days), Umphrey’s McGee (three sets over two days), Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and Turkuaz. You can check out the artist rollout, including set times, via LOCKN’s website.

LOCKN’ returns to Infinity Downs Farm from August 23rd through 26th. Tickets for the festival will go on sale at noon EST on Friday, February 9th. For more information about LOCKN’ or for ticketing, head over to the event’s website here.
