After many delays, Wu-Tang Clan member Raekwon will release his solo album, Fly International Luxurious Art, on April 28th. The special guest-laden album now has a new single, a glorious throwback track featuring the rhymes of Snoop Dogg.
“1,2 1,2” is reminiscent of 90’s hip hop, with Raekwon standing tough and Snoop coming off as smooth and laid back. The single marks the second track released from F.I.L.A., as Raekwon released his collaboration with Busta Rhymes and French Montana about a month ago. Initially, the album was intended for a January 2013 release, but Raekwon wound up working on the 2014 Wu-Tang release A Better Tomorrow, and is only now returning to his solo album.
