Live For Live Music is now accepting applications for a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join the L4LM team, with the potential to be promoted to full-time.

The new L4LM Marketing Coordinator will assist the VP of Marketing on day-to-day operations, with a heavy emphasis on social media content creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. Read more about the position below.


Marketing Coordinator Daily Responsibilities

  • Post across all social media channels with a mix of original content and assigned marketing deliverables
  • Execute marketing campaigns assigned both internally and externally via clients (i.e. email blasts, social media posts, etc.)
  • Assist with internal show and festival marketing tasks
  • Manage all press requests (pertaining to photographic and editorial coverage) for shows and festivals across the country
  • Send, organize, and track marketing invoices
  • Support VP of Marketing by assisting with daily tasks
  • Assist with basic graphic design needs
  • Write occasional marketing editorial pieces

Desired Experience, Skills, & Traits

  • Proficient in Instagram, Facebook (Creator Suite), Twitter, Mailchimp, TikTok, and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and/or Illustrator) encouraged
  • Extensive knowledge of and passion for music across a spectrum of genres
  • A knack for composing tight and captivating copy with a compelling voice
  • Able to multitask and adhere to all departments
  • Experience with marketing shows/festivals
  • Avid reader/consumer of written media
  • Detail-oriented
  • Goal-driven in terms of both personal and team success
  • Time management skills—a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and complete assignments on time
  • Professional demeanor while working with artists, managers, publicists, etc.

Availability

  • Must be able to commit to 20–25 hours a week (with potential for advancement into full-time)

Location: Remote (Preferred: Denver-based)

Part-Time Hours: Flexible daily schedule but must sign on ~5 days/week, with occasional light weekend duties (i.e., 1–2 social media posts, which can be pre-planned)
