LOCKN’ Festival is going down August 23rd through 26th, 2018 at Infinity Downs & Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, VA. With headlining performances from Dead & Company (4 sets), Widespread PanicTedeschi Trucks Band (2 sets), and Umphrey’s McGee (3 sets), jam band fans from all over are planning to make their way to one of the most exciting music festivals of the summer. Known for their unique tribute sets and out-of-left-field collaborations, LOCKN’ is a place of magic. Today, a trio of special collaborations have been announced via Garden & Gun.

According to the publication, “Taj Mahal will join reggae heroes Toots & the Maytals; Eric Krasno joins the lineup for a set with Lettuce to honor Jerry Garcia Band; and Margo Price returns to the festival for another year to perform with jam-scene vets Widespread Panic.” To read the full announcement, which also features an interview between Margo Price and John Bell, click here.

Earlier this summer, LOCKN’ Festival announced that saxophonist Branford Marsalis will sit in with Dead & Company and drummer Jason Bonham will sit in with Umphrey’s McGee for a Led Zeppelin set. The festival also announced that due to a scheduling conflict, Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real unfortunately has had to cancel their performance at LOCKN’ Festival 2018.
