Lord Huron will head out on tour across North America this summer in continuing support of their latest studio album, 2018’s Vide Noir. The upcoming run of summer performances will take the popular indie-folk band around the country beginning on July 14th in Indianapolis, and continuing until August 11th. They’ll be joined throughout the summer tour on select dates by Bully, Shakey Graves, Julia Jacklin, and Yola Carter.
The summer tour will see the band playing to a mix of venues throughout major U.S. cities including Agora Theatre in Cleveland, OH (7/15); Thompson’s Point in Portland, ME (7/19); The Chrysalis at Merriweather Park in Columbia, MD (7/23); The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, IL (7/26); KettleHouse Amphitheater in Missoula, MT (7/30); Outlaw Field at the Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise, ID (7/31); the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA (8/4); Oregon Zoo Amphitheater in Portland, OR (8/9); And King County’s Marymoor Park in Richmond, WA on August 11th, just to name a few. The upcoming run of headlining performances will be mixed in with the band’s previously-announced appearances at major music festivals throughout the summer, including Boston Calling, BottleRock Napa, and Governor’s Ball.
Vide Noir would go on to peak at No. 10 on the Billboard “200 Album Sales Chart” in the U.S. following its release back on April 20th, 2018. The band also recently found themselves honored with a notable shoutout from former President, Barack Obama, who included the group onto his select list of favorite songs of 2018.
