Los Bitchos on Tuesday shared “Pista (Fresh Start)”, the third single from the band’s upcoming debut, Let The Festivities Begin!, out on February 4th via City Slang. The latest track arrives alongside a music video that completes the instrumental foursome’s three-act series.

Fans find their protagonists Los Bitchos in a new locale with new identities courtesy of witness protection. Nic “Lucy” CrenshawSerra “Antonia” PetaleJosefine “Viola” Jonsson, and Augusta “Maria” Ruiz are hiding out in an undisclosed location designed to keep them safe from Las Panteras. The women toil away in the humdrum life of government protection, though the threat of danger still lurks somewhere off in the distance. Through it all, Los Bitchos still find time to Let The Festivities Begin!

Musically, “Pista (Fresh Start)” bears striking resemblance to a previous Los Bitchos composition “Pista (Great Start)“. The marching island beat charges through both compositions as an almost hypnotic ascending and descending guitar lead guides what could easily turn into an extended dance mix.

“Some people may recognise it and we hope you enjoy the sassy makeover we gave it for the album,” Los Bitchos said along with the single. “The video transports you to our life in witness protection following our game show/court room victory – the good life and new beginnings. Things aren’t quite what they seem though…”
