Lukas Nelson uploaded his at-home cover performance of Nathaniel Rateliff‘s “Time Stands” earlier this week. The song was one of 10 new recordings included on Rateliff’s latest studio album, 2020’s And It’s Still Alright.

Shared to Nelson’s Facebook page on Thursday, the stripped cover filmed from the guitarist’s home showcases a casually-dressed Nelson delivering a unique acoustic performance of the folky ballad on his Martin guitar. Even with no fans in attendance, Nelson gives his all as he belts out the lyrics to the Rateliff original for the latest addition to his “Quarantunes Evening Session” online performance series.
