Marcus King on Tuesday announced the lengthy Young Blood Tour, set to take him throughout North America in fall 2022. The coast-to-coast trek of nearly three dozen concerts will feature support from Neal Francis and Ashland Craft, with shows hosted by comedian Dean Delray.

Following a previously announced summer tour through Europe, King will return to familiar soil beginning on September 9th at The Metropolitan Opera House in Philadelphia, PA. The Young Blood Tour will include two-night stopovers at iconic venues including New York’s Beacon Theatre (9/15, 9/16); Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium (9/29, 9/30); and Atlanta’s The Tabernacle (10/1, 10/2).

“This fall tour is going to be our biggest one yet,” King said in a statement. “It has been a long time in the making, playing some of our favorite venues in the country bringing a full night of Rock n Roll, love and laughs! Can’t wait to bring this show to your town.”

The tour will support King’s forthcoming album, Young Blood. The blues guitarist’s sophomore solo release hears him once again teaming up with producer Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys). Following his folk-leaning solo debut, 2020’s El Dorado, King is taking this opportunity to pay tribute to his early influences with a homage to classic rock. Along with Tuesday’s announcement, King shared a new music video for the album’s lead single, “Hard Working Man”.

Tickets for the upcoming Marcus King Young Blood Tour go on sale on Friday, June 3rd at 10 a.m. local time. Fan and Live Nation pre-sales will begin on Wednesday, June 1st at 10 a.m. local time. Visit his website for tickets and scroll down for a complete list of tour dates.
