Folk artist Molly Tuttle shared a cover of The Rolling Stones‘ “She’s A Rainbow” on Thursday, and with it made a unifying statement on the importance of equality.

The music video also features appearances from an array of famous musicians, including Tom MorelloNathaniel RateliffLilly HiatKetch Secor (Old Crow Medicine Show), Sierra HullTaylor Goldsmith (Dawes), and many more. Each special guest holds up a sign explaining what feminism means to them, and why it is so important to adopt a philosophy of equality.

While the music video may feature a bevy of fellow musicians, the recording itself is all Tuttle as she puts her own spin on the song from The Stones’ 1967 answer to the psychedelic movement, Their Satanic Majesties Request. While the song itself is nowhere near the musical purview of The Rolling Stones, it fits perfectly into Tuttle’s wheelhouse with her breezy acoustic guitar melody and overdubbed singing. Despite the easiness with which her own style meshes with the song, Tuttle said in a press release that she is admittedly not the biggest Rolling Stones fan.

“I embarrassingly couldn’t name 10 songs by The Rolling Stones,” Tuttle said. “I have never been super into classic rock, to be honest. That being said, I heard this song and fell in love with it. I thought it would be fun to do a version from the female perspective. I don’t know what The Rolling Stones had in mind when they sang this one, but for me it’s a love song to all feminine beings. She comes in colors everywhere, she’s like a rainbow!! YES!”
