The new 10-track studio album is Mom And Dad’s first since the band debuted with Nice Missle back in 2014. The arrival of 21st Century Blues on Friday also acts as the second full-length release in as many months for Evans, whose other side project, Elephant Wrecking Ball, delivered their own new album in JOY FRONT last month on October 11th.

“’21st Century Blues’ paints a musical picture that portrays the struggle of man in the modern day,” reads a statement from the band shared via press release with the album’s arrival on Friday. “Sincere, awkward, and idealistic, this album expresses familiarity with the irony of loneliness in the midst of a crowded, digitally connected world.”
