My Morning Jacket will take listeners back to its drenched 2004 performance at Bonnaroo with the third installment of the MMJ Live vinyl series. Titled Bonnaroo 2004 (Return To Thunderdome), the archival release is out on 2LP coke bottle clear vinyl and streaming services on June 9th via ATO Records. Along with the announcement, the band shared a live cut of “One Big Holiday”, available now across digital platforms.

Recorded live at the Which Stage on June 12th, 2004 in Manchester, TN, this 12-song set has etched out a place in both the history of My Morning Jacket and Bonnaroo. As MMJ took the stage at the third-ever edition of the fest that has since become a cultural institution, ominous storm clouds rolled in overhead. That didn’t stop Jim James and company, who went on to deliver an electrifying set in defiance of mother nature, running through classics like “Mahgeetah”, “Lowdown”, “Cobra”, “Dancefloors”, and more.

“It seems like only yesterday we were playing in the hot n sweaty rain-soaked Thunderdome down at the ol roo…but WOW it’s been nearly 20 years!” James said in a press release. “We are so excited to revisit and share this pivotal moment for the band and beautiful moment in time with the universe with you all again!”
