Gathering of the Vibes, the jam-themed festival held annually in Bridgeport, CT, will take place from July 31-August 2. The festival announced some additions to an already-stellar lineup that includes Widespread Panic, John Fogerty, The Disco Biscuits, Umphrey’s McGee, Lotus, moe. and more.
The additions include Dispatch, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Allen Stone, Banooba, and Stanley Jordan as an artist at large. Jordan is a guitarist who has previously guested with bands like Umphrey’s and moe., so expect lots of sit-in performances from the talented musician.
Karl Denson is a festival scene regular, frequently appearing with his only band (Tiny Universe) and with The Greyboy Allstars. KDTU just released a new album, New Ammo. You can listen to the album and read the L4LM review here.
