NOLA Crawfish Festival is about more than just the music—it’s about the crawdads. On the first day of the event, crawfish lovers will be able to participate in King Kooker‘s 3rd Annual NCF Crawfish Eating Championship, which pits pros and amateurs alike against each other to see who can consume the most crawfish in a seven-minute window. Then, on Wednesday, April 29th at NOLA Crawfish Festival will feature the 5th Annual NCF Ultimate Crawfish Cook-off hosted by Louisiana Fish Fry, which will see 20 teams go head-to-head to see who can concoct the most savory, delicious pot of crawfish. The winner will be chosen by a panel of celebrity judges. Of course, even beyond the official competitions, patrons will have the opportunity to dig into fresh boiled crawfish throughout the festival.
